About the Approach:

My approach is very different from traditional coaching. As a Mentor and Guide, I blend a wide range of modalities and methods from the areas of science, personal development, business and consciousness work. Each session is customized to help you connect with what you truly want to expand in your experience at a soul level. So the approach is holistic and driven by what will really lights you, up! Sessions are conducted via the telephone.
